July is such an exciting month for me! I turned 30 a few days ago. I have started the month on a roll for reading which is always a bonus. Here is where I am so far.
ANYONE BUT YOU by Jennifer Cruise
Cute chick lit book. Cougar publisher meets young ER doctor... Love abounds classic story.
GUILT BY DEGREES - RACHEL KNIGHT #2 by Marcia Clark
I am really getting into this Rachel Knight series by OJ Simpson prosecutor Marcia Clark. There are strong female leads, love drama, family drama, crime drama - and the outcome of this book is not what I expected. I cant wait for more from the Rachel Knight Series.
BIG GIRL by Danielle Steel
For any girl who has struggled with her weight - this book is for you. There is underlying family drama regarding the main character, Victoria, and her weight which I didnt personally relate to, but she yoyo diets her way into dsyfunction after dysfunction. It was really good.
WICKED BUSINESS - Lizzy & Disel #2 - Janet Evanovich
I love these shorter novels that come out between the Stephanie Plum novels. They are a little out there with their witch craft and magic, but not anywhere near the level that books are going overboard today. Plus they are always funny - and who couldnt use a good laugh?
Book count for the year: 39 so far! Only 36 left to go to reach my goal! Im racing to exceed that!
