32. HOW TO KNIT A LOVE SONG - CYPRESS HALLOW YARN SERIES #1 - Rachel Herron
After doing a search on the library website for knit, crochet, and yarn, I kept coming across this book by Rachel Herron and decided to give it a try.  I have been so obsessed lately with knitting and crocheting so I figured it was a fitting subject to be reading.

The book was cute.  It had a little too much sex going on.  A graze over is good enough for me, but I seriously though I would need a cigarette after  a few of the pages.  One thing I will want to warn about, there is a domestic violence scene included.  Sometimes I wish there were subject disclaimers for books.  It wasnt horiffic but it was detailed.  I will continue on with the series.  After reading the descriptions for the next books I have a feeling it will have a Debbie Macomber Cedar Cove series feel with following different characters.

Here is a description from Amazon.com

Book Description

March 2, 2010
Abigail is more than ready for a change when she inherits a cottage from her beloved mentor, knitting guru Eliza Carpenter. Leaving the oppressive city for the greener pastures of a small California beach town, she intends to turn her cozy little windfall into a knitting shop and spend her days spinning, designing, and purling. But she's not going to be welcomed with open arms by her new neighbor. Eliza's disgruntled nephew, the gorgeous Cade, now owns everything surrounding Abigail's ramshackle new home, and he views this sexy city girl as an unwanted interloper.
But chemistry working overtime is drawing two very different people closer than they ever thought possible. And when the past that Abigail thought she'd left behind comes calling, she'll have to somehow learn to trust her handsome adversary with much more than just her heart.
