This book changed my perspective. I believe it will change my view on marriage. I was hesitant to read this selection because i was worried about the preachiness of it. I was not sure if this was a Fireproof/Love Dare situation but I thought, ya know, its a free Amazon Prime borrow and if I dont like it, Ill just stop reading.
The book uses real life stories in order to get its point of each love language across to the reader. They are relatable stories. The love languages are simply described and include exercises so you can practice using your partners love language.
It is so odd... The Languages make perfect sense, yet it seems like it is so common to believe how we want to receive love is the same as our partner and in most instances, that is not the case.
