43. Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain

Of course I am currently obsessed with all things Culinary Institute of America.  When I started reading this book I just thought of the author as a stuck up douche.. No lie I really did.  But after reading some of what he has gone through making his way in the restaurant industry, I realize I was super wrong.

This was a great book and his descriptions of women in the culinary field really make me feel confident that I will be a good fit.

Only 9 more books left for the year.  I hope I can meet my goal with work, school and home.
