Yes, so far I have 17 books devoured this year. Im still slightly disappointed but I will keep going, hoping that Christopher Rice, The Women's Murder Club and the Stephanie Plum series bring my reading back to life this year. I will keep going with this Alex Cross series of James Patterson because I am committed (which my mom calls OCD) and plus I need to know how it ends. So I guess that means the series isnt quite as boring as Im making it out to be because I still feel the need to go forward, but some parts are just kinda blah.
This story line in Cross was a bit better than Mary, Mary. I was more surprised at portions of this story than in some of the others. So hopefully I will be caught up with this series by the middle of the month so I can move onto some Non-fiction and chick lit. Although given my previous post - Ill have to be careful with the chick lit... Yikes!
